Take opportunities to stretch and bend during the day. During the midafternoon break, you can stretch your neck by slowly rolling your head three times to the left, then three times to the right. You can give your torso a good stretch by sitting forward in your chair and twisting as far as you can in both directions to look behind you. Bending over to touch your toes even while seated in a chair will be good for your back, and standing up and then bending to touch your toes will be even better. Your arms and shoulders can benefit just by reaching as far as you can above your head, one arm at a time.
